Adele: last minute minute media pushed; preping PMC, printed program; media phone bank (lot of interest--3/4 did not know about ussf; 2/3 will air PSA and others will do coverage); Wed. emailing out tv spots; run of COMMs t-shirts
Higher profile speakers? That could use a shirt? Needs a promotional t-shirt
Karlos: funder briefings; follow-up and get funds after; PMC. Ford foundation, solidago and some others. Freedom caravan support; pr on that. Radio spot in AZ.
David M; social media push; website stuff. start thinking about transportation and housing--get it in the stories.
Pre-people movements asembly organizing; framing and frameworks organizing; PMAs and narrative building; called upon for volunteer...

Newspaper: Adele
At least Tues. and Friday more if we have the funds. Terra Viva at the WSF; esp. important for those that are low tech to connect with events at the Forum.
The first paper will come out before the forum. We may have assignments and a call for the first paper. We need point people to capture those stories.
Karlos: people's freedom caravan; documentation as they go.
Lane: have a beat and then that's what they trace, follow through the forum.
Deadline for paper: 5 pm for next morning. Printer will drop off paper at Cobo each day.
Equipment: Mixers, mics, PA system, flat screens and more.
